I set up Topham
and Company after fifteen years in property management accounting and lettings. Born and always lived in the local area
I always felt that the services offered by most letting agents was'nt as good as what it could be. Trust me I know when
renting in the Nineties things were quite different than they are today.This inspired me to set up Topham and Company in 2005
to offer landlords tenants and the properties in our care the best service possible.
My objective then and still
remains the same now was to run a succusfell letting agency however it hasn't always been about the financial rewards
but more about undertaking a career in something I really care about doing. We have a small well managed portfolio and
this enables me to build and maintain relationships with every landlord and tenant providing that personal service does
help when and if problems do arise because no matter how much good will in the world things don't always go to plan and
peoples circumstances and finances do change both to landlords and tenants and thats when common sense understanding and resolvement
is paramount.
Thats why im proud to say we have only ever had one eviction case and in the three deposit disputes
that we have had with the Deposit Protection Service two cases went in our favour.
Nearly
all of properties and many of our rentals are secured through referrals recommendation
or repeat clients.We are professional ethical honest and transparent in everything we do,always keeping all parties
informed of all developments ensuring we resolve issues before they become major issues and the advice given will always be
in the landlords or the tenants very best interests.
